Cancellation Policy

We recognize that unexpected circumstances can arise, leading to the need to adjust or cancel your scheduled appliance repair appointment. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy carefully. To modify or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 3 hours' notice. For instance, if your appointment falls between 3 pm and 5 pm, we request notification by 12 pm on the same day. Should you need to make changes after our regular business hours, we advise against leaving a voicemail. Instead, please reach out via text message or call us at 1-(613)-799-7097 with your request. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will incur a service call fee of $79 + tax. Payment for this fee is due within 24 hours of the original appointment. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
